Bring down the Barriers - Arthurs Seat Road, Red Hill (23 Jan) A formal response has just been received from Council, following our second and substantive submission with the petition of more than 2000 signatures lodged at the 3 December Council Meeting. You can read the feedback provided on this site here at Bring down the Barriers. The campaign to remove and reduce the prominent road barriers and signage installed along Arthurs Seat Road, and traffic island, parking and pedestrian works in front of the United Service Station is being organised by RHCA and other representative community organisations.
